There is one kitchen on the 1st floor, and one on the 2nd floor - both with a dishwasher machine; two bathrooms on the 1st floor, and 1 bathrom and a laundry room, with a washing machine, on the 2nd floor. Both kitchens and bathrooms are in a good condition.

As of 02.02.2011, the Lofoten Art Quarter has the following rooms available for rent:

3 single bedrooms on the first floor
1 separate apartment with 2bedrooms/4 beds
2 studios; one on 1st floor, one on 2nd floor

Some of these are booked for short periods over the spring semester.

We have 2 additional large studios on the second floor, but these have been rented long-term.
